Portapack H2 Review

I’m blown away by the Portapack H2’s impressive features and capabilities! This Software Defined Radio (SDR) kit is a game-changer for anyone who needs to monitor or communicate in various frequency ranges. With its wideband spectrum analysis, you can easily capture and replay signals across an astonishing 1MHz to 6GHz range.

The Portapack H2 is incredibly versatile, allowing for half-duplex operation in a variety of applications, including monitoring ships, cars, and utility counter transponders. Plus, its wideband (18MHz) spectrum analysis makes it perfect for cascade analysis and monitoring multiple signals at once.

One of my favorite features is the built-in 3.2 inch TFT screen with resistive touch panel, making navigation and operation a breeze. You can also easily connect speakers to listen to standard NFM and WFM sound signals, or even enable ADS B reception by selecting the right settings.
