I recently had the pleasure of trying out the K&F Concept 67mm ND4-64 Variable & CPL Polarizers Filter, and I must say it has truly revolutionized my photography experience!

Firstly, the most notable feature is the absence of the ‘X’ cross on images, a common issue with variable ND filters, especially on wide-angle lenses. K&F Concept has masterfully addressed this through their cutting-edge technology, making it a standout choice among competitors.

The filter offers a 2-in-1 solution, combining both ND and CPL filter features. The ND filter provides the necessary 2-6 stops of light reduction for various weather conditions, from overcast days to extremely bright ones. The CPL filter, on the other hand, effectively removes unwanted glares from non-metallic surfaces, enhancing color and contrast in my images.

One aspect I appreciate is the use of imported AGC optical glass, which allows for minimal light transmittance (0.2%). This, coupled with 28 multi-layer coatings, results in a waterproof and scratch-resistant filter that protects my valued lens. However, it’s worth noting that the lens cap/hood should be 72mm for this 67mm ND filter.

The putter-adjustable design frame is another feature I find incredibly useful. Made of aluminum alloy and CNC-machined for non-slip grip, the filter frame comes with a putter to help adjust the stop easily. With 5 stops ranging from Min(ND4) to Max (ND64), it’s convenient to ensure the ND filter stops are accurate.

This filter is compatible with all 67mm lenses, but as always, I recommend verifying your camera’s lens thread size before ordering. All in all, I am thoroughly impressed with this K&F Concept filter and highly recommend it for any photographer seeking quality glass to enhance their work!
